Seton Hill Theater and Dance Presents Cabarets March 19-27 | Native

The Seton Hill Theater and Dance Division will current constantly recorded performances of music by Goldrich and Heisler in two components.
“I Imagine in Love” will premiere on March 19 and 26 at 8:00 p.m. and “Make Your Personal Celebration” will air on March 20 and 27 at 8:00 p.m.
Abigail Rocks of New Salem is a part of the coed forged of “I Imagine in Love”.
All of the issues, humor, heartache and hope that love brings are celebrated in intimate musicals.
Marcy Heisler and Zina Goldrich have been performing and writing collectively since 1992. Their critically acclaimed romantic comedy songs have been offered in venues world wide, recorded by artists of varied genres, and seem in quite a few folios and picked up works. .
Their Off-Broadway musical “Expensive Edwina” received them a Drama-Desk nomination, and different works have been produced by regional powerhouses comparable to Paper Mill Playhouse, the John F. Kennedy Middle for the Performing Arts, Goodspeed and the Ordway Middle for the Performing Arts.
Heisler and Goldrich have obtained the ASCAP Mary Rodgers-Lorenz Hart Award, the Jamie De Roy and Buddies Award, the Richard Rodgers New Horizons Award, the Kanin / Seldes Award, the Edward Kleban Award and the Fred Ebb Award.
They’ve offered unique songs for The Disney Channel, the Disney Interactive and Function Animation initiatives, Disney Theatricals, PBS, ABC, Nickelodeon, and others. As artists, they’ve toured nationally and internationally with The Marcy and Zina Present.
The supervisor of the Goldrich and Heisler cabarets is Joe Domencic, affiliate professor of musical theater and theater. The musical director is Michelle Walters, director of neighborhood relations for the Faculty of Visible and Performing Arts.
